The Track represents a unique cultural facility in the north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Designed on a site area of 50,000 square meters, it offers a complete destination for motor sports racing. The track is designed as per international raceway standards and is also equipped with ramps and bollards for drifting specialists to test their skills.

The PTFE fabric tents complimented with clear glass curtain walls provide a conditioned space for the viewers and doubles as a multi-purpose recreational space. The project also features support spaces including offices and garages.

IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design and construction.
