The M Tower is a mixed use commercial building located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is an 11 story building comprised of 88 offices, 4 retail shops, 2 cafes, and open air, elevated terraces. The exterior at first glance gives the impression of stacked, rotating glazed boxes, designed to give a lightweight and soft aesthetic to the tower, while it is anchored by a heavy, stone cladded base. Larger setbacks on the street fronts give way to a more pedestrian friendly environment, allowing for green spaces and open plazas in an effort to redefine and improve the urban nature of the street.

IHCC has been commissioned to complete the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design and construction.
