The 1,219 square meter office spaces is aimed to communicate the corporate values and culture of Saudi German Hospitals Group. The floor plan caters to the direct needs of the company, providing open work stations, semi-private offices, and private senior and executive offices. The interior design depicts a modern, yet sophisticated environment. The use of warm, natural materials can be seen throughout, including marble, natural wood veneer, and carpet floors. A defining feature of the design and marking the entrance to the office is a book-matched Calacatta marble feature wall and vertical timber panels which filter in the natural daylight while providing privacy to the offices behind it.

IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of interior architectural and engineering design and construction.
