The office is located in the iconic King Tower in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The interior design concept is aimed to evoke a sense of modern and sophisticated luxury. A darker material palette helps to achieve this concept. A one of a kind marble feature wall and angular wood veneer which wrap on the walls, floors and ceiling, define the entrance and set the tone for the interiors throughout. Designed as a technologically advanced workspace, the office features smart glass which allows the users to control the privacy of the key spaces and with one switch the glass can transform from clear to translucent.

IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of interior architectural and engineering design and construction.
