The contract included design and construction of 500-bed hospital with a built-up area of 60,000 m2. The building consists of 2BM+GF+Four floors, and scope also included all design, construction, supply and installation of medical equipment, all civil, MEP, finishing and fit-out works with all relevant infrastructure, landscaping, roads network and car parking.
