The scope includes the design and construction of 300-bed hospital with built-up area of 70,000 m2. The building consists of 2B+G+3 floors and provides a world-class multidisciplinary medical service. Scope also included all civil, MEP, finishing and fit-out works with all relevant infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, roads network and car parking.
