The 6,500 square meter gym and wellness facility is one of the largest of its kind in the Middle East. The design stays true to the identity of the franchise. The project includes major facilities separately for both males and females such as a gym, fitness classrooms, beauty spa, sauna and steam room, juice bar and pool. Outdoors, the facility also includes a squash court, tennis court, basketball court and sand court.

IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design and construction.
