Built in October 2009 for the National Charity Society, the project aims to provide blood and its derivatives free of charge to all patients in both government and private hospitals, as well as other health institutions following international standards.
The 2,850 square meters project is the largest in the region and has major facilities including storage for screened & unscreened blood, a Serology Lab, Microbiology Lab, Hematology Lab, Chemistry Lab, Immune Hematology Lab and Male & Female Donation areas.
IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design, construction, and supply and installation of medical equipment.
