This landmark project offers the latest in outpatient facilities and services. Comprising of six floors and three basement levels, the scheme brings together a highly efficient and flexible clinical model and accommodates a range of facilities including outpatient clinics, offices, retail shops, amenities, and support services. Designed to set a new benchmark for sustainable design in the city, the project is oriented to minimize solar gains while maximizing daylight and natural ventilation.

The 10,000 square meters tower targets class-A doctors and medical professionals who seek a state-of-the-art outpatient facility to practice various disciplines of medicine.

IHCC has been commissioned to complete the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design, construction, and supply and installation of medical equipment.
