Alnahda Residences is a fifty unit residential development spanned over two towers and is connected by a grand double height lobby. The six story towers offer state of the art living and feature an array of amenities and services, including a lobby and concierge, library, gym, nursery, mailroom, and interior and exterior gardens. The project offers one, two, and three bedroom units, ranging from 88 square meters to 328 square meters.

The 16,150 square meters development is designed to raise the standards of living in the community by providing a modern design that adapts western living trends and practices, including open floor plans and unparalleled amenities.

IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design, and construction.
