568 Alzahra Residences is a nine unit, six story residential development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The development offers three bedroom apartments ranging from 212 square meters to 230 square meters, topped with a five bedroom, 460 square meter state of the art penthouse with an expansive roof top terrace. Featuring a grand double height lobby and concierge, access control to each residential floor with private entrance foyers, and a covered access controlled garage, it sets the benchmark for other developments in the region. Key features include an operable louver system envisioned as a modern interpretation of the mashrabiya which allows for a changing, dynamic façade and floor to ceiling sliding doors within the units which create a balance between an open and modern floor plan and the traditional and often private way of living in the region. By using floor to ceiling sliding doors in key areas, it allows for flexibility based on daily living needs.

The 3, 125 square meters project is developed with the goal to create a modern design that respects the culture in Saudi Arabia as well as promotes a higher standard of living for the community, introducing modern designs and innovations that will enhance their day to day lives.

IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design, and construction.
