Store Officer – Jeddah

Job Description

•Monitor purchase in-transits of all projects and communicate with project planning to line-up the project plans.

•Accountability of inventory from issuance to consumption of all stores. Monitor weekly consumption rate% against the supply.

•Control days on hand (DOH) for all inventories of central stores, project stores & reno-fits stores

•Control E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Inventory with push & pull system with project managers & inventory manager.

•Weekly inspection plan with QAQC on pre-arrival of shipments at stores.

•Expedite the support to store in achieving the KPI parameters

Skills

 

•6-8 Years’ Experience into warehouse operations management & team leading skills.

•MBA/BA in / Graduate / Engineer, Supply Chain & Logistics.

•Inventory analytical skills

•Candidate from retail, FMCG &  manufacturing background is preferred.

•WMS(Warehouse Management System) knowledge

•Awareness of budget management including monitoring and reporting

•Good communication skills including, written, verbal and interpersonal

•Good IT skills and working knowledge of Micro Soft windows application and ERP oracle software Periodic MIS reporting on Inventory.
