Alexandria Medical City is a comprehensive healthcare development covering 176,000 m² with a total built-up area of 180,000 m². Developed in phases, it includes a 300-bed main hospital, specialty and outpatient centers, staff housing, a medical education center, and mixed-use commercial and residential spaces. The master plan was carefully designed to create an advanced and efficient medical ecosystem with pedestrian-friendly layouts, road networks, and integrated green spaces. Taller perimeter buildings serve as both landmarks and buffers against the nearby highway. The full scope covers master planning, design, construction, supply and installation of medical equipment, and landscaping. It also includes civil works, MEP, finishing, fit-out, infrastructure, utilities, roadways, parking, and ongoing operations and maintenance of the hospital.
