The hospital was designed to balance beauty with functionality. Its modern glass and concrete exterior is complemented by spacious interiors filled with natural light. The distinctive façade makes the hospital instantly recognizable. With a built-up area of 40,000 m² on a 30,000 m² land plot, the facility houses 300 beds across B+G+4 floors plus a roof, offering multidisciplinary medical services in a healing environment tailored to patients’ needs. The project also features a separate staff housing building with B+G+8 floors and a parking facility to serve the hospital. The scope covers full architectural and engineering design, construction, supply and installation of medical equipment, landscaping, operations and maintenance, as well as all civil, MEP, finishing, fit-out works, infrastructure, and road networks.
