IHCC delivered the largest Johnson Control Al Salem York factory in the MENA Region, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for HVAC equipment and systems. The project involved the design and construction of the factory building, the installation of the production lines and machinery, and the provision of all the necessary infrastructure and utilities. The project also incorporated green building practices and energy efficiency measures to reduce the environmental impact and operational costs. The factory has a production capacity of 10,000 tons per year and employs over 500 people.
