IHCC has designed and built the first LEED privately owned residential complex in Jeddah, Diyar Al Salam. This project is a luxury urban sanctuary that offers a unique living experience to its residents. Diyar Al Salam consists of 140 exclusive residential apartments, spread over 8 buildings, each with its own reception lobby and direct access to a covered parking garage. The project covers a total built-up area of 35,000 m2 on a 10,000 m2 plot. The project also features a range of amenities and facilities, such as swimming pools, gym, spa, kids’ play area, and landscaped gardens. The project also includes a hospitality component for luxury hotel apartments.
