Diyar Al Salam

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Envisioned as a community within a community, Diyar Al Salam is designed to evoke a sense of tranquility and serenity while combining a forward-thinking design aesthetic with respect for traditional values. The symbol of “the dove of peace” became the prevailing theme throughout the development, inspired by the nature of its name, Diyar Al Salam, or “Homes of Peace”.

The 36,400 square meter project is the first LEED certified private sector residential project in Saudi Arabia. It features 140 residential units including eight two story penthouses with private swimming pools. Spread over eight buildings and connected by a 1,870 square meter sky garden, the project features an array of amenities, including separate Women’s and Men’s Health Clubs, a Day Care, Library, and Club Room.

IHCC has been commissioned to complete the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design and construction.
