Family Medical Center

The Family Medical Center provides cutting edge family medical care and specialty services for the families of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). The project consists of 12 polyclinics with laboratory and radiology services, as well as an emergency department with trauma, urgent care, and treatment rooms. A grand, double height reception welcomes patients and visitors and provides comfortable waiting areas, including a playroom for children. The neutral palette of materials, including glass, stone, and wood, creates a definitive aesthetic which extends throughout facility. The patient zone is separated from the staff zone, providing patients with a sense of privacy.

IHCC completed the project with a scope of work that included engineering design, construction, and supply and installation of medical equipment.
