The project is part of the Dubai Medical City master plan and includes six specialty centers and two educational buildings. Its design emphasizes clinical excellence while creating a supportive environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Flexibility and modularity were incorporated to allow for future adaptation and expansion. The exterior features vertical wooden fins that act as solar controllers, enhancing sustainability and filtering natural light. With a total area of 82,000 m², the project is designed in two construction phases comprising 3B+G+8 floors. The scope covers all civil, MEP, finishing, fit-out works, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, road networks, and parking.
