Diyar Al Salam is designed to inspire tranquility and serenity while blending modern design with traditional values. The concept of the “dove of peace” serves as the central theme, reflecting the project’s name, “Homes of Peace.” Covering 52,000 m² of built-up area on 10,000 m² of land, it is the first LEED-certified private residential project in Saudi Arabia. The development includes 140 residential units, among them eight two-story penthouses with private swimming pools. Spread across eight buildings connected by an 1,870 m² sky garden, it offers amenities such as health clubs, daycare, a library, and a club room. The scope covers full design, construction, MEP, finishing, fit-out, infrastructure, landscaping, roads, parking, and G+6 floors.
