This project was designed with warm materials and colors in both the interior and exterior to create a comforting and pleasant environment. The hospital offers state-of-the-art healthcare services in line with the latest technologies. The scope covers architecture, design, construction, medical equipment supply and installation, as well as operations and maintenance. It is a 150-bed facility with a built-up area of 20,000 m² on a land area of 105,000 m². The building consists of G+5 floors, including civil, MEP, finishing, fit-out works, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, roads, and parking. The project also includes a staff housing building within IHCC’s scope.
