The project represents a state-of-the-art office building and is a powerful addition to Al Batterjee Street at north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project was designed to accommodate date and hold company structure. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow for optimal daylighting throughout the interior. The 3,000 m2 provides a class-A office space and is the headquarters of IHCC. The scope included the design with a high-end technology and ARC experience center facility. The scope included all civil, MEP, finishing and Fit-out works with all relevant infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, roads network and car parking.
