The project represents a state-of-the-art office building which was completed in 2012 and is a powerful addition to Al Batterjee Street at north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 500 Batterjee stands unique on a 3,000 square meter plot area. The project was designed to accommodate a holding company structure, with a separate wing for start-up SMEs. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow for optimal day lighting throughout the interior.
The 1,744 square meters building provides class-A office space and is the headquarters of IHCC.
IHCC completed the project on a turnkey basis, including all aspects of architectural and engineering design, and construction.
